    Property condition:

    The property is in a great location , close to bushwalks and great views. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cutlery etc. However a few things to note. The backyard first floor balcony is not child or pet safe , there are large gaps on the railings and children/ pets if unsupervised can slip through and fall accidently. The back yard is not fully fenced and is not maintained and the fenced area has large palm trees whose large branches can drop at any moment - it needs to be maintained or could cause harm if they fell on someone. The neighbors are very inconsiderate, they were up all hours of the night and loud straight into the bedrooms which face them , they did not turn off their christmas lights overnight which flash directly into the bedrooms. The bedroom blinds did not cover the windows well. The bathrooms and toilet are very old and had flies all over the floor. The property is not as new as pictures show, only the living room and floors has been upgraded. The outdoor bins were not emptied and had seafood scraps for the week which stunk up the place, we had to move it to the street. For the price we paid it probably wasn't value for money.
